chore: 清理残留目录，归档旧文件

- 移动 7 个残留 agent 目录到 agents-archived/
- 移动配置文件备份(clobbered/bak/pre-*)到 archived/
- 移动 qqbot/、rss-reader.py、rss-sources.xml 等到 archived/
